Instructions
- Melt a tablespoon of butter, add a tablespoon of flour and gradually a cup of half milk and half water, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Add a teaspoon of finely minced parsley, salt and paprika to season and the finely minced yolk of a hard-cooked egg.
- Take from the fire, add the yolks of two eggs beaten with a tablespoon of lemon juice and serve.
