Ingredients for Egg Plant And Cucumbers

• 2 egg plants, peeled, sliced thick
• 3 cucumbers, peeled, sliced thick
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Put slices of egg plant in a baking pan.
2. On each slice arrange slices of cucumber.
3. Season.
4. On top put pieces of butter.
5. Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
6. Then serve.
