Ingredients for Egg Plant And Corn

• 8 ears corn, off the cob
• 1 egg plant, peeled, diced
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
2. Add just enough water to cover.
3. Place cover on stew pan.
4. Let cook for about 20 minutes.
5. Then serve.
