Ingredients for Egg Creole Sandwiches Recipe
- 1/2 chopped, hard-boiled egg
- 1 shredded sardine
- 1/2 tablespoon chow-chow and corn oil, mixed
- Mayonnaise to blend
- Buttered bread
Instructions
- For each sandwich, mix the hard-boiled egg, sardine, chow-chow, and corn oil. Use mayonnaise to blend.
- Spread on buttered bread, top with a second slice of bread, press together and cut in triangles and serve.
