Ingredients for Egg Salad Recipe 1

  • 2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs
  • ½ the recipe for either French or mayonnaise dressing
  • ½ head of lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs in the shell.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water, shell and cut them in even slices.
  3. Dispose the slices on the lettuce, carefully washed, dried and crisped, and pour over the dressing.
  4. Serve at once.
