Ingredients for Easy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin, round slices.
  2. Layer a casserole or baking with the potatoes, then top with the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle on the flour and pepper. You just want a light covering.
  4. If space allows, repeat layers until all cheese and potatoes are used.
  5. Pour milk over the top layer.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or when the cheese bubbles.
