Ingredients for Easy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
- 8 large potatoes
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thin, round slices.
- Layer a casserole or baking with the potatoes, then top with the cheese.
- Sprinkle on the flour and pepper. You just want a light covering.
- If space allows, repeat layers until all cheese and potatoes are used.
- Pour milk over the top layer.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or when the cheese bubbles.
