Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe

• 14 ounces bittersweet chocolate
• 3 1/3 tablespoons butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon water

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Prepare a 9 inch round pan with grease.
3. Once eggs have reached room temperature, seperate the whites from the yolks.
4. Over low heat, melt butter and chocolate
5. With electric mixer, combine egg yolks, water, and flour. Slowly add mixture of chocolate. Beat egg whites and blend into batter.
6. Pour batter into greased pan, and bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake.
