Ingredients for Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe
- 14 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 3 1/3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare a 9 inch round pan with grease.
- Once eggs have reached room temperature, seperate the whites from the yolks.
- Over low heat, melt butter and chocolate
- With electric mixer, combine egg yolks, water, and flour. Slowly add mixture of chocolate. Beat egg whites and blend into batter.
- Pour batter into greased pan, and bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake.
