Ingredients for Easy Chicken and Dumpling Recipes

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
  • 3 large carrots
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 1/2 cups rotini pasta
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables by washing, peeling, and slicing them.
  2. Place vegetables in a pot of water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the soups and let simmer.
  4. After chicken cools, cut into bite-size pieces.
  5. Once potatoes become soft, add the chicken and rotini to the pot and continue simmering.
  6. After about 8 minutes and when the pasta is soft, pull the dough into 3 chunks and drop them into the water.
  7. Simmer for 10 or until biscuits are cooked and fluffy inside.
