Ingredients for Easy Chicken and Dumpling Recipes
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
- 3 large carrots
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 cups rotini pasta
- 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Prepare vegetables by washing, peeling, and slicing them.
- Place vegetables in a pot of water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the soups and let simmer.
- After chicken cools, cut into bite-size pieces.
- Once potatoes become soft, add the chicken and rotini to the pot and continue simmering.
- After about 8 minutes and when the pasta is soft, pull the dough into 3 chunks and drop them into the water.
- Simmer for 10 or until biscuits are cooked and fluffy inside.
