Instructions
- Work two ten-cent cream cheeses until smooth and moisten with one- fourth cup, each, of milk and cream, Add one-half cup of grated Young America cheese, one-half cup of heavy cream beaten until stiff, and one-half tablespoon of granulated gelatine soaked in one tablespoon of cold water and dissolved in one tablespoon of hot water.
- Season highly with salt and paprika, and turn into a border mold first dipped in cold water.
- Remove from the mold and fill the center with lettuce leaves dressed with a French dressing to which curry powder is added; this is made by mixing one and one-half teaspoons of salt, one-half teaspoon, each, curry powder and white pepper, one-half cup of olive oil and one-third cup of vinegar.
