Ingredients for Duck Braised With Cherries

• 1 duck
• 4 clips cherries, washed, pitted
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups water
• Seasonings to taste (highly seasoned)

Instructions

1. Place duck and other ingredients in a double roaster.
2. Put in a moderate oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
3. Then serve.
