Ingredients for Dropped Biscuit Recipe
- 4 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Mix and sift the dry ingredients four times.
- Cut and rub the butter into the dry ingredients.
- Mix with the cold milk and beat vigorously for one minute.
- Drop by tablespoons into hot iron gem pans, bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
