Ingredients for Drop Biscuits Recipe

  • 1-¾ cups bread flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Sift together the dry ingredients and stir in the corn oil and milk.
  2. Drop the mixture in small tablespoons two inches apart on an oiled biscuit pan and bake at 375 to 400 degrees F about twenty minutes.
