Ingredients for Donut Hole Recipe

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/4 c. liquid oil
• 1 egg

Instructions

1. Sift together the sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
2. Stir in the oil.
3. Beat in egg until well incorporated.
4. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough into bubbling fat. Turn so all sides are cooked.
5. Let cool on brown paper.
