Ingredients for Devilled Lobster Recipe
- Cooked lobster meat, minced
- White sauce or cream
- Salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Onion juice
- Worcesterchire sauce
- Mustard
- Minced parsley
- 1-2 hard-boiled egg yolks, minced

Instructions
- Mix lobster with sufficient cream sauce to moisten.
- Season with salt, cayenne, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and a very little minced parsley.
- Add the egg yolks and mix to combine.
- Serve warm with thin crackers or cold for sandwiches, canapes, or as a lunch dish on crisp leaves of lettuce.
