Death by Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Death by Chocolate Cake Recipe
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 32 ounces whipped topping
- 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 8 cups milk
- 6 small chocolate bars or favorite chocolate candy
(Note: additional ingredients will be needed for packaged cake. Refer to box for details)
Instructions
- Following the package instructions, make the cake and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake. Bake according to directions.
- Let cake cool.
- Using a fork, poke holes in the cake and pour the liquer on top.
- Break up the cake into small chunks and set aside.
- Crush the candy bars into small pieces and set aside.
- In a large bowl, blend the pudding and milk together until thick.
- Using a large bowl or casserole dish, layer the cake chunks, pudding, chocolate bars, and whipped topping. Repeat until all ingredients have been used, adding a few pieces of chocolate bar on top.
- Let cool in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
