Ingredients for Dandelions With Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe

  • 2 pounds dandelions, washed, cleaned
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil dandelions in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water.
  2. While dandelions are boiling, place the eggs in a separate pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain off hot water from eggs and replace with cold water. Once the eggs are cooled, shell them and cut them in quarters.
  4. Put dandelions in a stew pan and add the milk and seasonings. Simmer for about 3 minutes.
  5. In serving, place 4 quarters of hard boiled egg on each portion.
