Ingredients for Dandelions And Potatoes
- 1 pound dandelions, washed, picked
- 8 potatoes, washed, quartered
- ½ cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil together the dandelions and potatoes in a very little water for about 25 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mash with a potato masher.
- Add milk, butter and seasonings..
- Mix well.
- Then serve.
- This dish must be equal in consistency to mashed potatoes.
