Dandelion Salad Recipe

Instructions

1. Select the young tender leaves of the dandelion.
2. Wash well, and lay in ice water for an hour.
3. Drain, and dry by laying them between the folds of a napkin.
4. Turn into a chilled dish and mix lightly with a French dressing.
5. Serve at once.
