Ingredients for Custard Ice Cream Recipe
- 3 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 cans evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 8 eggs
- 3 tbsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Stir together ther sugar, flour, and salt.
- Beat the eggs and add in the milk. Gently stir into the flour mixture until well incorporated.
- Heat in a skillet over medium until warmed through and thick.
- Let cool and add vanilla flavoring.
- Spoon into an ice cream freezer and follow directions on the freezer to let set.
