Ingredients for Currant Pudding
- 1 cup dried currants, washed
- ½ cup flour
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Mix the eggs, sugar, currants and flour together.
- Add gradually the scalded milk.
- Pour into a pudding dish.
- Set pudding dish in a pan of water.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
