Cup Puddings Recipe

Instructions

  1. These should be baked in little cups or molds.
  2. For 1 pudding, take 1 tablespoon of following ingredients: flour, vegetable shortening, milk, currants, sugar.
  3. For 3 puddings use treble quantities.
  4. Put flour into a basin with a pinch of salt, together with currants and sugar; melt vegetable shortening to pour in, add milk, and mix well together.
  5. Put into vegetable shorteninged cups and bake in a moderate oven for a 1/4 of an hour.
  6. Tops should be nicely browned when done.
  7. These puddings are nice either hot or cold.
