Ingredients for Creme Brulee Cheesecake Recipe
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
For topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Using medium speed, mix together the softened cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla.
- Mix in eggs and yolk.
- Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 minutes.
- After letting it cool, chill in refrigerator for several hours.
- Stir together brown sugar and water and spoon over chilled cheesecake.
- Place cheesecake on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven a few inches under the broiler.
- Broil for about one minute until bubbly.
