• Cream Sauce
• Lobster
• Buttered toast

Instructions

For this recipe use one pint of diced lobster to one pint of cream sauce.

1. Make a rich cream sauce, well seasoned with cayenne.
2. Dice the lobster, squeeze a little lemon juice over it and mix. Let stand for a few minutes.
3. Add lobster to the hot cream sauce and allow it to simmer for five minutes.
4. Serve on a hot platter on rounds of buttered toast.
