- Prepare Creamed corn syrup and add three-fourths the quantity of desiccated coconut, chopped nut meats or a mixture of coconut, nut meats and chopped raisins.
- Form into balls the size of marbles, roll in chopped, desiccated coconut or nuts, let stand over night, then roll in paraffin paper.

- Boil one pint corn syrup until the mixture forms a short, thick thread - about ten minutes.
- Cool till it can be dented with the fingers and beat until thick and creamy.
- Use with waffles, griddle cakes or as a spread for bread.
