Creamed Hominy Recipe

Ingredients for Creamed Hominy Recipe

• 1 pint hominy
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Heat the hominy and add the milk, cream, butter, and, lastly, the salt.
2. Cook together for 5 minutes and serve.
3. If desired, just milk may be used, in which case add an additional tablespoon of butter.
