- 4 egg yolks
- 8 teaspoons of water
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 eggs whites
- 1 teaspoon of lemon extract
Instructions
- beat yolks, add sugar gradually and beat about two minutes.
- Add water, flour and baking powder; fold in whites stiffly beaten.
- Add extract and bake 25-30 minutes.
