Ingredients for Cream Sauce
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1-½ tablespoons vegetable butter
- Scant 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Rub the butter and the flour together in a small saucepan over the fire.
- Add 1/3 cup hot milk, and stir smooth.
- Add the rest of the milk, and boil up.
- Salt to taste, and serve.
