Ingredients for Cream Sauce
- 1/3 pint cream
- 2/3 pint milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons flour

Instructions
- Heat the milk and cream to scalding in a double boiler.
- Moisten the flour with a little cold milk, and add to the hot milk and cream, stirring meanwhile.
- Cook thoroughly, and add salt.
- Thin cream sauce is made by using one-half the amount of flour.
