Instructions

1. To 1/4 cup of mayonnaise add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon English mustard, 2 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish, a pinch of salt, and a dash of cayenne.
2. Add to this, stirring continuously, 1 cup whipped cream.
3. Serve very cold with cold fish.
