Ingredients for Cream Puffs Recipe 2 3

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sifted floor
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 eggs, beaten

Filling:

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon corn starch
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Bring milk and butter to a boil.
2. Slowly stir in sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
3. Add beaten eggs and drop on buttered tins.
4. Bake about thirty minutes in a moderate oven.
5. When cool, cut off tops and fill with whipped cream, corn starch filling, or the following filling:

1. Cream milk, sugar, flour or corn starch.
2. Flavor with vanilla.
