Ingredients for Cream Of Tomato No. 1 Recipe

  • 2 cups tomato pulp
  • 1-½ cups cream
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the tomato gradually to the boiling point and thicken with the flour that has been made smooth with a little cold water.
  2. Heat the cream in a double boiler; then pour the tomato gradually into the cream, stirring constantly.
  3. Salt to taste, strain and serve.
