Ingredients for Cream Of Sago Soup Recipe
- 1/2 cup of sago
- Pot of tepid water
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons of butter rolled in flour
- 3 cups of hot milk
- Celery salt, pepper, and a little onion juice for seasoning
- 2 well-beaten eggs

Instructions
- Soak sago for three hours in tepid water.
- Put in an inner boiler with a cup of boiling water and simmer until soft.
- Stir butter rolled in flour into hot milk.
- Add this to the sago, beat well, season with celery salt, pepper, and a little onion juice.
- Beat up well for two minutes, pour slowly upon 2 well-beaten eggs; set in boiling water for two minutes and pour out.
