Ingredients for Cream Muffins Recipe 1

• 2 cups flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1¼ cups cream

Instructions

1. Mix and sift the dry ingredients four times.
2. Beat the yolks and add with the cream to the flour slowly.
3. Beat the whites very light and fold into the batter.
4. Bake in well greased muffin pans.
5. Serve hot.
