Cream Cookies Recipe 2

Ingredients for Cream Cookies

• ½ cup cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• ½ cup butter
• 2 teaspoons ginger
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Cream the butter and add the beaten eggs, sugar and cream.
2. Add the flour, baking powder, ginger and salt.
3. Roll out thin on floured pastry board.
4. Cut with cookie cutter.
5. Bake on greased baking pan in moderate oven for about 10 minutes.
