Cream Caramels Recipe

Ingredients for Cream Caramels

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Flavor with vanilla to taste.
  2. Cook sugar and milk until the mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
  3. Take from the fire, add the vanilla, and beat until creamy.
  4. Set to cool and cut in squares.
