• For each sandwich:
• 2 slices of buttered bread
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

1. 2 tablespoons Swiss cheese, grated.
2. Cream the cream cheese and fold in the grated Swiss cheese.
3. Spread on both slices of bread, put together and press lightly.
