Cranberry Patties Recipe

Instructions

1. Line patty pans with rich paste, and bake till done in a hot oven.
2. When baked remove from the oven and let cool.
3. Fill with rich jellied cranberry sauce, and spread with a meringue made with the white of one egg and half a cup of powdered sugar.
4. Put in a cool oven until a pale straw color.
