• 1 cup cracked wheat
• 3 1/2 cups water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup corn syrup
• 1 cup raisins

Instructions

1. Combine the ingredients in the top of a double boiler and let stand several hours.
2. Then, place over hot water, cover closely and steam, without stirring, four hours.
3. Serve with light cream.
