Crab Salad Recipe

Instructions

1. Mix the crab meat, which has been cut into small pieces, with a French dressing, and let stand one hour.
2. Then mix with an equal quantity of tender celery which has been cut into half-inch lengths.
3. Add a mayonnaise dressing, and serve on lettuce leaves.
4. Garnish with crab claws.
5. Crab-and-Tomato Salad
6. Peel carefully 6 large, firm potatoes and remove the centres.
7. Chop and season the meat of 6 boiled crabs.
8. Fill the hollowed tomatoes with this and set on ice for several hours.
9. Serve on lettuce leaves.
