Ingredients for Cottage Pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 2¼ cups flour
- ½ cup butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cream the butter, add the sugar and the eggs.
- Sift and mix together flour and baking powder.
- Add the salt.
- Add slowly the milk and mix the two mixtures together.
- Turn into a greased cake tin.
- Bake in moderate even for 30 to 35 minutes.
