Ingredients for Cornstarch Pudding Recipe 3

• 3 cups milk, scalded
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch, diluted with a little cold water
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

1. Mix together eggs, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla extract.
2. Pour over them slowly the milk and beat well.
3. Pour into pudding dish.
4. Place pudding dish in a pan partially filled with boiling water.
5. Bake slowly in moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
