Cornstarch Blanc Mange Recipe

Ingredients for Cornstarch Blanc Mange
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch, diluted with a little cold water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and cornstarch together.
- Beat well.
- Pour in the milk gradually.
- Place mixture on fire and allow to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Fill champagne glasses with the blanc mange and let cool.
