Ingredients for Cornstarch And Raisin Pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup raisins, washed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Boil the milk.
- Add the sugar and raisins.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water.
- Bring the milk and raisin mixture to a boil.
- Pour in the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly until mixture boils again.
- Remove from fire and add the vanilla extract.
- Pour into a pudding dish.
- Chill and serve.
