Ingredients for Cornstarch And Raisin Pudding

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup raisins, washed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. Add the sugar and raisins.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water.
  4. Bring the milk and raisin mixture to a boil.
  5. Pour in the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly until mixture boils again.
  6. Remove from fire and add the vanilla extract.
  7. Pour into a pudding dish.
  8. Chill and serve.
