Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash Recipe 3

  • 2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Pickled beet slices for garnish
  • 2-3 slices of cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. In a hot frying pan, melt butter; add corned beef and potatoes.
  2. Add broth, cover and simmer until heated through.
  3. Stir well and smooth into an even layer in pan; return cover, and let stand to form a crust over hash.
  4. Fold over as an omelet; place on a warm platter.
  5. Garnish with slices of lemon and pickled beet.
  6. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top and serve.
