Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash Recipe 3
- 2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Pickled beet slices for garnish
- 2-3 slices of cooked bacon
Instructions
- In a hot frying pan, melt butter; add corned beef and potatoes.
- Add broth, cover and simmer until heated through.
- Stir well and smooth into an even layer in pan; return cover, and let stand to form a crust over hash.
- Fold over as an omelet; place on a warm platter.
- Garnish with slices of lemon and pickled beet.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon on top and serve.
