Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash Au Gratin Recipe
- 2 cups chopped corned beef
- 2 cups chopped cooked potatoes
- Milk to moisten
- corn oil, or other corn oil
- Coarse bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, processed through food chopper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the corned beef, potatoes, and onion.
- Pour in enough milk to bind the mixture together; season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Thoroughly oil muffin pans with corn oil and dust with coarse bread crumbs.
- Pack the corned beef mixture into muffin cups; cover with coarse crumbs moistened with corn oil and bake until tops are golden, about 10 minutes.
