Ingredients for Corn Pudding
- 2/3 quart corn, either raw or cooked, cut and scraped from the cob
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup crumbs of shredded wheat, granose, or rice biscuit, or toasted wheat or corn flakes or toasted bread or cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients, put into an oiled pan, and bake till set.
