Ingredients for Corn Bisque Recipe
- 1 can corn
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pint milk (heated)
- 2 eggs
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Drain the liquor from a can of corn.
- Chop the corn very fine, turn into a saucepan containing a quart of salted water, and simmer gently for an hour.
- Then rub through a colander; place again over the fire and add sugar and 2 butter rubbed into flour.
- Stir until it becomes smooth, and then pour slowly upon heated milk.
- Season to taste with salt, and then pour slowly upon 2 well-beaten eggs.
- Serve at once.
