Ingredients for Corn And Spinach

• 4 ears corn, off the cob
• 1 pound spinach, washed
• 1 cup milk, scalded
• 1/3 cup water
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
2. Cover.
3. Let cook slowly for about 35 minutes.
4. Then serve.
5. If liquid evaporates too quickly, add a little more boiling water.
