Corn, Sweet Potato And Veal Soup Recipe

• 1 pound veal, cut in small cubes
• 2 cups corn, off the cob
• 2 sweet potatoes, peeled, diced
• 1 onion, peeled, sliced
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 6 cups water
• Seasonings to taste

1. Place all ingredients in a stew pan.
2. Cover.
3. Boil slowly for about 45 minutes.
4. Serve.
