Ingredients for Confectioner's Caramel Frosting

  • 4 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • 5 ounces (about one cup) of sifted confectioner's sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat the syrup, then stir in the sugar and vanilla.
  2. If too stiff to spread, add a little boiling water; if too thin, a little more sugar is needed.
